Services Offered Bartosz Kucharski Clarity provides individual online therapy sessions specifically designed for business professionals. These sessions are conducted over the internet and scheduled on an individual basis. User Obligations Users are required to provide accurate and truthful personal information during the booking process. Failure to provide accurate information may result in the termination of services. Payment and Cancellation Policy Payment for therapy sessions must be made in full prior to the booking. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the session. Sessions can be rescheduled for a different date and/or time, provided the rescheduling is done more than 24 hours in advance of both the original and new session times. Users may cancel their booking and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. No refunds or rescheduling will be allowed for cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time. IIntellectual Property The content of Bartosz Kucharski Clarity's website is protected by copyright. Users are granted a limited license to use the content for personal needs but may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Dispute Resolution Any payment disputes should be addressed through the payment provider used for the transaction, such as your bank or credit card issuer, in coordination with the dispute resolution processes provided by Stripe Inc.
